MAIN FEATURES The model YW4232 and YWA4232 Gear Shaving Machine are designed for finish processing of the spur and helical gears, as well as crown tooth and small taper gears. The machine is suitable for batch and mass production of gears, especially in automobile, tractor, motorcycle, machine manufacturing industries etc. Main Features There are many shaving functions on the machine including parallel, diagonal, tangential and rough-finish functions. Besides functions above, it has plunge-in shaving function. The machine works as semi-auto cycle, workpiece clamping hydraulically, asymmetric radial infeed, and micro-returning at the end of cycle. Control system is adopted with Programmable logic Controller(PC) The machine is high rigidity, preloading ball screws are adopted in the radial and longitudinal direction.
