MIAN FEATURES
This is a 6 axes controlled CNC gear hobbing
machine.The 6 controlled axes are respectively radial
feed(X-axis),axised(Z-axis),tangential hob shifting(Y-axis),hob spindle
rotation(B-axis),workable rotaion(C-axis)
and hob head swivel(A-axis).
The drive to cutter spindles and workable spindle are
transmitted via high precision gears,and both spindles are supported by
rolling bearings,Featuring in high rotation speed and nice working
accuracy,the machine is well recommended to perform high-speed and high
prodution cutting operations.
Both the X-axis and Z-axis slide on rolling
guideways,which can offer smooth movement and nice guiding accuracy.
The circulation of cooling oil establishs an overall
thermal balance for the machine,and in this way a reliable machining
accuracy can be assured.
The machine is equipped with a perfect
trouble-locating system and thoughtful safety protection facilities.
