CNC Dry Gear Hobbing Machine Model YD3612CNC cut the
workpieces without cooling liquid for the require of
environmental protection.The six axis are: Radial
feeding motion(axis X),Axial feeding motion(axis Z),tangential feeding
motion(aixs Y),worktable rotary motion(axis C),cutter
head swivel motion(aixs A) and cutter rotary motion(axis B).
For the require of dry cutting condition ,the machine
is adopted to the horizontal type with high rigidity.The cutter head
is used of the high power motor and added gear
clearance relieve device. The worktable is driven by the gears with the
gear clearance relieve device.The axes of radial
feeding(axis X) and axial feeding(axis Z),the guideway of rear column
all use the rolling guideway.
