MIAN FEATURES The model Y5132CNC is a 4-axis controlled CNC gear shaping machine with 3 of the 4 axes working under gang control. Cutter relieving can be made in two directions by the swing of cutter head for cutting internal and extermal gears, and the radial feed is implemented by the travel of worktable. Cutter relieving in oblique direction is implemented by the travel offset of column. Equipped with an imported FANUC CNC system, the digital machine has a nice resetting accuracy and self-diagnosis ability for troubles, Circular feed, radial feed and indexing motion are all under digital control and therefore very accurate. A cutting gear rack , gear shaft, helical gear and little tapered gear. Upon the customer request, the machine can be provide with optional attachments for cutting gear rack, gear shaft, helical gear and little tapered gear. The primary motion of the machine is frequency-comtrolled, and the shaping cutter always performs a smooth and reliable stop at its up-most position. The one-cam cutter relieving design and unique adjusting mechanism enables the machine to perform both inward and outward cutter back-off. Adopted with imported electrical and hydraulic components, the machine is simple to operate and well-suited for mass batch gear productions in automobile and tractor building industries. The machine is featured in short transmission chain, high rigidity, versatile function, nice adaptability, easy to operate and adjust as well as parametrization program compilation. The machine is also suitable for small batch and job-lot gear productions in machine tool and machinery building industries. Static-pressure guideway is used for this machine tool.
