FEATURES
The Model Y3112CNC is a 5-Axes CNC Gear Hobbing
Machine with the following axes
working under the CNC control:X-axis for the radial
feed,Z-axis for the axial feed,Y-axis for the tangential hob-shift,B-axis
for the hob spindle swiveling and C-axis for the worktable rotation.
The drive to the hob spindle and the drive to the
worktable spindle are transmitted via high-precision gears.Both spindles
are supported by rolling bearings,thus featuring in high running speed
and excellent working accuracy. The machine is well-recommended for
high-speed and high-production cutting operation.
The slideways of the X-axis and the Z-axis are coated
with Teflon, thus having high rigidity and great bearing capacity.
A circulating coolant system is used on the machine
to keep thermal balance and to assure consistent machining accuracy.
The machine is equipped with a perfect
trouble-detecting system and thoughtful safety protection facilities.
